The Whole School Art Project

Submitted by headteacher on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 - 11:11

We are very proud of our most recent artistic creation in the school. You might have noticed some empty shelves that used to have speakers on them in our school hall. They were crying out for a whole school art project that would represent the sense of community and the bond we have with the church. We now have a decorated wooden cut out of the school on the left hand side and both Goudhurst and Kilndown church on the right hand side. All the children in our school painted a wooden cut out of a person and decorated a small wooden 3D person and they are now adorning the wall of the hall. It has been wonderful seeing the children looking for their own art work and enjoying the results of their creative work. We hope you will pop in and have a look whenever you are next in school. Thank you to Mrs Benson for leading this exciting project.
